If you’re ready to get your next tattoo but you want to discuss the design, placement or process first, I offer complementary consultations to help get the ball rolling!
What is a consultation?
A consultation is a free of charge, 15-45 minute meeting where we can discuss any part of the tattoo you’re thinking of getting, including but not limited to brainstorming the idea, looking up reference photos, the placement, what to expect at the appointment, and more. Whatever is on your mind, you are more than welcome to bring it up!
Are consultations in person or online?
I offer both options! If you have a far ways to travel to the studio, we can certainly still discuss your tattoo in advance of an appointment. I typically hold my online consultations over Instagram video call using my account @chwlsea.tattooos.
In person consultations are held at Sanctuere Studio, 276 Carlaw Ave, Toronto, ON.
How do I know if I need a consultation?
I would recommend to request a consultation if any of the following apply:
you have multiple ideas/elements you want to combine but aren’t sure how to do it
you want to commemorate a particular person or event and aren’t sure what imagery to use (ie. memorial, birth, pet, trip, etc)
you have a big project in mind (ie. sleeve, backpiece) that will require multiple sessions
you want to meet me in advance of the actual tattoo day
you would like more information about the tattoo process/my particular process
